The fact that Reactivació Badalona S.A. does not demand fulfilment of any provision contained in it will not affect its full right to demand fulfilment at any future time, nor should a waiver by Firelancers of an infringement of any provision contained in it be understood as a waiver or abandonment of this provision. To be effective, any waiver by Reactivació Badalona S.A. must be made in writing. Any cause of action that you may have with respect to the use of the Site must be initiated within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
